PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently catch carbon dust, reduce a dust permeation amount due to intake pulsation, and improve productivity. SOLUTION: A dense part and a sparse part are formed in the face direction of the filter element with its periphery surrounded by a frame body 4 made of polypropylene resin (PP). The dense part has a low porosity and is formed of a filtering material impregnated with oil, and is formed on at least one part of an envelope part for enveloping from a first projection part of an intake port projected on the filter element along the axial direction of an intake part, to a second projection part of the intake port projected from the intake part toward a discharge part.
