PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure of a balcony or the like improving workability in addition to excellent design and barrier-free property with a smooth floor surface, and continuously obtaining an evaporating effect for a long period of time to contribute to a reduction of a heat island phenomenon in a city area by suppressing the temperature rise of a building caused by solar heat while maintaining excellent drainage on a floor. SOLUTION: The floor surface 8 is formed smooth with water retentive materials different in the amount of water retention, that is, high water retentive concrete 3 retaining a large amount of water and low water retentive concrete 4 retaining a small amount of water on floor substrate 6, and the high water retentive concrete 3 is arranged as a drain line so that the water retentive material is effective in drainage.
