PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diene rubber composition prevented from reversion phenomena at sulfur vulcanization of natural rubber and a synthetic natural rubber or a blend rubber containing them. SOLUTION: The rubber composition is obtained by blending 0.3-5.0 pts.wt. mercaptobenzothiazole derivative represented by chemical formula 1 with 100 pts.wt. natural rubber and synthetic natural rubber. In one embodiment, the rubber composition is obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. blend rubber constituted of 30-70 pts.wt. natural rubber and synthetic natural rubber, and 70-30 pts.wt. other synthetic rubber, with 0.3-5.0 pts.wt. mercaptobenzothiazole derivative represented by chemical formula 1.
