<p>A window type air conditioner is provided to improve convenience of operating an operating part by forming a stopper, which selectively interferes with a front grille, at a front of an operating part cover when the operating cover is rotated, and to prevent an electric shock and disconnection by installing an electric wire protecting case. A window type air conditioner includes a controller assembly connected with an indoor motor and a plurality of parts through electric wires. An electric wire protecting case(260) is installed at one side of the inside of the control assembly, having an electric wire containing space(262) for containing a part of electric wires to prevent the electric wires from being exposed. An insertion part(264) is formed at one side of the electric wire protecting case to guide a position that the electric wires are inserted into the electric wire protecting case. A withdrawing part(266) is formed at one side of the electric wire protecting case to guide a position that the inserted electric wires are to be withdrawn.</p> |
