The invention refers to technical maintenance and repair of personal computers, namely to remote personal computer maintenance and applies to remote diagnostics of damages to personal computers and restoration of capacity for work. An objective of the invention is the enhancement of accuracy of diagnostics of damages to computers and peripheral hardware, the soonest elimination of said damages, as well as facilitation and speeding - up of payment for these services. The objective is attained in that way that the entire process of contacts of a use and experts of the Service Center, including an application of the user to the Service Center for diagnostics of damages to personal computer and software, restoration of the personal computer's capacity for work, as well as payment of the user for the provided services happen in a remote regime with the help of only one telephone call to a special telephone number.
