FIELD: manufacturing processes in machine engineering, namely apparatuses for finishing and strengthening cylindrical and shaped openings. ^ SUBSTANCE: tool includes body, loading mechanism in the form of central rod with cone surfaces and deforming members. The last are in the form of springs with elliptical turns. Body of tool is in the form of sleeve with radial slits arranged in one or in several levels of body cross sections. Radial slits are formed according to condition of placing spring turns into them. Each spring is mounted in tool body at its own level and it is arranged in such a way that to embrace respective cone surface of central rod.
