<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly find a synchronization shift between sounds having a possibility of having been generated, due to the supply destinations of a sound signal being different, and to simply and properly correct it. <P>SOLUTION: A measurement signal generated in the measurement signal generator of a signal processor 22 is supplied to a television receiver 3, sounds in corresponding to the measurement signal are emitted from built-in speakers TVL, TVR, and these sounds are received with a measuring microphone MIC and are supplied to the acknowledgement signal analyzer of the processor 22 of the control apparatus 2. In the control apparatus 2, impulse responses are obtained by analyzing acknowledgement signals, and a delay amount, concerning the sound signal, is found and is stored in a set value storing memory. As for external speakers oL, oR, oSL, oSR, oC also, similar processings are performed.
