PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food and drink improved in bacteriostatic properties at temperature more than normal temperature, and suppressed in lowering of food taste. SOLUTION: The food and drink contains an organic acid (A), an organic salt (B) and a surface active agent (C). The organic acid (A) is at least one substance selected from the group consisting of citric acid, gluconic acid and acetic acid. The mixing ratio of the organic acid (A) with the whole food and drink is≥0.003 wt.% and≤0.2 wt.%, the mixing ratio of the organic salt (B) with the whole food and drink is≥0.15 wt.% and≤0.85 wt.%, and the mixing ratio of the surface active agent (C) with the whole food and drink is≥0.0035 wt.% and≤0.02 wt.%.
