<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-voltage junction box for flat wiring with bus bars without need of three-dimensional wiring. <P>SOLUTION: A number of ribs 1b for reinforcing mechanical strength of a casing 1 and providing a radiation effect by ventilation are formed in a grid pattern. A screw hole for fixing electric parts and an electric wire or the like for connecting a wire are provided at the required positions of the casing 1, and a plurality of bolt holes 1c for fixing the casing 1 at a frame of a vehicle, for example, is provided around the casing 1. Grooves 1d in which the flat bus bars 11 are routed on the flat surface are provided on a bottom surface, and the plurality of bus bars 11 which are formed by punching a metallic plate are inserted in the grooves 1d to be connected with the required electric terminal. These bus bars 11 are used to be connected with the electric parts requiring large amount of current with high voltage.
