<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the bias and degradation in heat insulating performance. <P>SOLUTION: In a vacuum space 18, there are arranged a spherical spacer 19 having a diameter D1 which has contact with the opposed faces of a first metal member 10 and a second metal member 14 and a positioning member 20 which positions the spherical spacer 19 on the first metal member 10. The positioning member 20 has an opening portion 23 located on the side of the second metal member 14 for the spherical spacer 19 to be protruded therefrom. A diameter d1 of the opening portion 23 is smaller than the diameter D1 of the spherical spacer 19 and larger than a cross section diameter D2 of a portion of the spherical spacer 19 identical to the opening portion 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
