PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a cable in a sunroof device capable of accurately mounting a mounting bracket for mounting a sunroof device to a vehicle body relative to the sunroof device. SOLUTION: The sunroof device is provided with a roof panel 4; a slider mounted to the roof panel 4 and opening/closing the roof panel 4 by sliding; the cable C1 connected to the slider and sliding the slider by push/pull action; and a guide frame 5 formed with a guide rail groove 5b for guiding the slide of the slider and a cable groove 5a inserted with the cable. A positioning means of the mounting bracket 50 for mounting the sunroof device to the vehicle body is provided on a joint member 20 for inserting the cable C1 to the cable groove 5a.
