PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a practice tool based on the knowledge that it is the most appropriate to bend a wrist in such a way as to twist the wrist around the third finger in the wrist cock used in the transition from addressing to the top swing. SOLUTION: The wristband L of this embodiment is composed of a steel plate 6 whose cross-section is arched as a sound generating member, and a band 7 for fixing the steel plate 6 approximately on the middle point 30 of the boundary 3 between the back 1 of the right hand and the wrist 2. The steel plate 6 linearly extends in the direction 4 of the third finger and in the opposite direction 5 from the middle point 30 of the boundary 3 with the back of the hand at the time of addressing as the reference as shown in Fig.1.
