PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount specimen constituent test paper to a portable specimen analyzer. SOLUTION: A test paper feed device 100 is provided with: this test paper magazine 200 housing a plurality of specimen constituent test paper strips by aligning them, and having a delivery opening for delivering them one by one; this magazine holder 150 changeably holding the test paper magazine 200; a torsion spring 182 energizing the plurality of specimen constituent test paper strips housed in the test paper magazine 200 toward the delivery opening in the alignment sequence; and a cylindrical case 110. The cylindrical case 110 has: recessed grooves 114 and 118 movably guiding the magazine holder 150 in its axial direction; and a pushing projecting part 122 arranged at a position pressed against one of the specimen constituent test paper strips 40 located in the delivery opening 220 of the test paper magazine 200. The one of the specimen constituent test paper strips 40 located in the delivery opening 220 is pushed out from the test paper magazine 200 by the movement of the magazine holder 150.
