PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and highly-sensitive biological measuring method. SOLUTION: This biological measuring method includes: a process 1 for manufacturing a test substance-magnetic body containing particle composite body by reacting a liquid measurement sample containing a test substance with magnetic body containing particles with a first substance specifically-bonded to the test substance bonded or adsorbed thereto; a process 2 for separating the test substance-magnetic body containing particle composite body from the liquid measurement sample by magnetism; a process 3 for preparing a dispersion liquid by dispersing the test substance-magnetic body containing particle composite body in a solution without containing a measurement hindering substance; a process 4 for reacting a stationary phase formed by staticizing a second substance specifically bonded to the test substance with the dispersion liquid; and a process 5 for calculating the quantity of the test substance in the liquid measurement sample by measuring a magnetic amount of the stationary phase reacted with the dispersion liquid.
