PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a strange noise from being generated from a cavity part of an anchor integrated type liner, and capable of facilitating installation to fix a liner part onto an anchor shaft part. SOLUTION: This anchor integrated type liner 10 is provided with the anchor shaft part 12 provided with a shaft 16 embedded into a concrete foundation 110 for installing a base plate 120 of a mechanical tool 100, and a screw part 18 thereof, a blind hole 20 formed with an inside screw screwed in with the screw part 18 as an installation jig for the mechanical tool 100 in an end part of the anchor shaft part 12, the blind hole 20 is screwed in with the screw part 18 to be attached integrally to the screw-regulatable liner part 14 in an installation position of the mechanical tool 100, and a filling hole 26 for a filler is provided in at least one portion on a side face of the liner part 14, in the cavity part between the blind hole 20 and the screw part 18 generated by screw-regulating the blind hole 20 and the screw part 18.
