THE INTERIOR SUPER-FINISHING DEVICE AND CONTROL SYSTEM THEREOF

An interior super-finishing device and a control system thereof are provided to execute grinding work for a workpiece effectively and improve work preciseness by inserting a grinding header in a circular bar shape into the inside of the rotating workpiece. An interior super-finishing device comprises an inner grinder(200), a left and right moving unit, a back and forth moving unit(130), and a workpiece supporting unit. The inner grinder consists of a film grinding material(202), a supplying roller(204), a recovering roller(206), plural supporting rollers(208, 208'), a grinding header(210), a flanger(220), and a shaking unit(230). The left and right moving unit forces lateral movement of the inner grinder. The back and forth moving unit forces longitudinal movement of the inner grinder. The workpiece supporting unit, which is installed at one side of the inner grinder, supports or rotates a workpiece. The grinding header, which is projected to one side, contacts the film grinding material with the inside of the workpiece.
