FIELD: construction, particularly to erect residential buildings in severe northern climate. ^ SUBSTANCE: building comprises cavity covered with transparent heat-insulation covering, stair-and-lift well installed in cavity center, as well as rotary residential block and greenhouse arranged around the well. The greenhouse has vegetative tubes and plants installed on conveyers for plant transportation. The conveyers are balanced by cables passing over pulleys installed from top of stair-and-lift well and connected with hot and cold water tanks, which are used as residential block and greenhouse counterbalances. The building is of cylindrical shape and provided with magnetic cabinets, which may be secured to and separated from the building during residential block movement. Device has rotation means connected to electric generator through multiplier. Transparent covering has frost-resistant properties and may be transformed. ^ EFFECT: increased energy savings, possibility of building self-provision with power and food products. ^ 3 cl, 6 dwg |
