PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for safely executing various application programs in a portable terminal with resources limited. SOLUTION: This e-mail server for receiving a transmission request of e-mail from a terminal device is provided with a transmission request receiving part for receiving a transmission request including e-mail text from the terminal device, a storage requesting part for requesting a server on a network to store data and acquiring instruction information showing the storage destination of data stored in the server when the data is attached the e-mail text, and a transmitting part for adding the instruction information to the e-mail text and transmitting the e-mail.
