<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a plurality of bypasses and a bypass control valve, in an intake device for a multi-cylinder engine. <P>SOLUTION: The bypass control valve 10 is installed in any of a plurality of throttle bodies 1A and 1B. While constituting the upstream side of the bypass control valve 10 of the plurality of bypasses 12<SB>1</SB>, 12<SB>2</SB>and 12<SB>3</SB>, 12<SB>4</SB>out of a common single bypass upstream passage 12a, among bypass downstream passages 12b<SB>1</SB>, 12b<SB>2</SB>and 12b<SB>3</SB>, 12b<SB>4</SB>on the downstream side of the bypass control valve 10 of the plurality of bypasses 12<SB>1</SB>, 12<SB>2</SB>and 12<SB>3</SB>, 12<SB>4</SB>, the bypass downstream passages 12b<SB>1</SB>and 12b<SB>2</SB>on the throttle body 1A side attached with the bypass control valve 10, are formed in a throttle body 1A. A part of the other bypass downstream passages 12b<SB>3</SB>and 12b<SB>4</SB>is composed of communicating pipes 49<SB>1</SB>and 49<SB>2</SB>for connecting the bypass control valve 10 and the other throttle body 1B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
