<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to confirm in advance content to be duplicated from a summary without having any book or material at hand by extracting the summary from photographed and stored information. <P>SOLUTION: This document information management system is configured by connecting a radio communication terminal for photographing document information; a document information management server for storing document information; and a user management server for registering and managing a user. The radio communication terminal is provided with a document information photographing means for photographing document information as photographic data; a photographic data display means for displaying the photographic data; and a photographic data transmission means for transmitting the photographic data to the document information management server.
