PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a station stopping and passing timing transmitting device capable of transmitting guide display and guide announcement timing without requiring a switch operation by a driver or a conductor in a streetcar by accepting a reception condition of a very weak radio. SOLUTION: In this device, a station stopping and passing timing transmission circuit 10 and speed detecting device 31 and very weak radio receiving device 32 connected to the circuit 10 are imparted to the streetcar 1, a door opening/closing switch 33 is connected to the circuit 10, and an in-train guide device 34 is connected to the circuit 10. A very weak radio transmitting device 21 is installed at a station 2, and arbitrary data is stored in a storage device 22. An integrated distance is initialized at even a point of time when vehicle stopping and door opening/closing operation are performed to improve accuracy.
