PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urolith prevention agent which is extremely effective for preventing a urolith from adhering to a drain pipe, especially to the inside of a trap, of various flush toilets. SOLUTION: The urolith prevention agent contains an organic peracid polymer and a carboxylic acid-based low molecular weight polymer as active ingredients, and further contains phosphonic acid or its salt.
