<p>The switch has an electronic analog switch arranged between a transformer and an integrated services digital network (ISDN)-integrated circuit. A voltage sensor detects whether a S0-interface or an Up-interface is connected by measuring a supply voltage of the interfaces for switching between the S0-interface and Up-interface by two S0-tranformers. The supply voltage of the interfaces is switched for current supply to the integrated circuit based on the detected interface. A connection for a center tapping of the transformers is designed through a switching unit.</p>
