A case for a teeth model is provided to prevent the damage of the exterior of a case for a teeth model and to improve the quality of the exterior of the teeth model by enclosing the base member. A case for a teeth model includes a case member, a band shape frame cover(52), and a plate shape center cover(53). In the case member, a side wall(51B) stands along the frame of a bottom plate, and supports protrusions(E') and coupling protrusions(E) having a coupling recess on the upper surface thereof protrude along the inner surface of the side wall. The frame cover is inserted into the upper end portion of an inner space of the case member. Plural coupling rods are formed on the bottom of the frame cover to be coupled with coupling recesses of the coupling protrusions. The center cover is disposed on an open portion formed on the frame cover.
