An insert-cum-reinforcing bar support is provided to allow for ease of installation and dismantlement works regardless of the skill of a worker. An insert-cum-reinforcement support(100) installed at the lower part of a reinforcement structure for constructing a slab to fix a form for placing concrete and a finishing panel of the ceiling comprises a bracket(110) composed of a pair of vertical members and a U-shaped horizontal member connecting the bottom of the vertical members, and a body(120) formed in a hexahedral shape to cover a portion of the bracket and provided with a reinforcement support groove to place a portion of a reinforcing bar and a bolt fixing groove to couple a bolt for fixing a form or a finishing panel.
