PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which has an adhesive layer having excellent adhesiveness and peelability. SOLUTION: The laminate has a substrate, a first peelable layer formed on the substrate, an adhesive layer formed on the first peelable layer and a second peelable layer formed on the adhesive layer. The first and second peelable layers are formed with a fluorinated silicone peeling agent composition. The adhesive layer is formed with an adhesive composition comprising (A) a polydiorganosiloxane and (B) a polyorganosiloxane containing units of formula R<SB>3</SB>SiO<SB>0.5</SB>(wherein, R is a 1-6C monovalent hydrocarbon group free of aliphatic unsaturated bonds) and SiO<SB>2</SB>units in a R<SB>3</SB>SiO<SB>0.5</SB>/SiO<SB>2</SB>molar ratio of 0.6-1.2, in an (A)/(B) weight ratio of 35/65 to 48/52.
