PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve technology for adjusting balance of a rotor in a rotary electric machine compared to a conventional case. SOLUTION: Fan rings are installed on both sides of a core in the rotor. Cooling blades for cooling are fitted to the fan rings, and holes for balance adjustment are formed in the fan rings. Balance weights working as the weights for balance adjustment are installed by using the holes. Weight balance of the rotor is adjusted. The cooling blades are supported by the fan rings through a stay member realizing adjustment by shifting fitting positions to the fan rings. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
