A message transceiving/navigation system including location information using a multimedia message service, a method thereof, and a storage medium for recording a program which executes the method are provided to generate a new location message by combining map data including particular location information or the current location of a sender with text data written in a sending user terminal, thus a receiver can confirm a destination location on a map without a separate procedure. A location information server(200) provides target location information to be transmitted to a receiver's user terminal(100). A map clipping server(300) clips map information on a certain area based on a target position, according to the transmitted location information. An MMS(Multimedia Messaging Service) server(400) generates location mail by collecting text information sent from the user terminal(100) and map information including the target position, and transmits the generated location mail to the receiver's user terminal(100).
