FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for production of molded brick stocks, according to which moulding chambers are used, which differ by cross section or at least by one size that is perpendicular to pressing direction. The first moulding chamber is installed or displaced in one loading position. At that once raw materials are loaded in the first moulding chamber in one loading position and pressed in one pressing position with the help of the first pair of puncheons installed opposite to each other and displaced in direction of pressing, producing one first molded brick stock in the first moulding chamber. Then above mentioned actions are realised in respect of every moulding chamber. Device for manufacture of molded brick stocks comprises moulding chambers, cross section of which differs by at least one size in direction perpendicular to pressing direction. It also comprises one pair of puncheons in every moulding chamber, which are installed opposite to each other and are arranged with the possibility of displacement in direction of pressing. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency. ^ 39 cl, 8 dwg |
