<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that even if a predicted order date is appropriate, and electronic mail is sent, the order is not accepted due to complicated operability by using electronic mail as a means for taking orders in order to promote an order on an order date predicted from the order data of a customer. <P>SOLUTION: This order promotion system is provided with a means for predicting the next order date based on the past order data of a transaction destination; a means for transmitting order promotion mail based on electronic mail before the immediate vicinity of an order prediction date; and a means for shifting an electronic mail text to a WEB order picture, and for automatically displaying previously ordered articles or a quantity on the WEB order picture, and automatically performs only one-time user authentication necessary for the shift of the electronic mail text to the WEB order picture with a URL character string described in the electronic mail. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
