PEPTIDE FOR ENHANCING ACTIVITY OF EPHRIN B2, ITS SALT, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION AND THERAPY KIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new peptide effective for treating neovascularity-associated diseases or its physiologically acceptable salt, a vascularization inhibitory auxiliary, a vascularization inhibitor, a pharmaceutical composition and a therapy kit.

SOLUTION: The peptide comprising a specific amino acid sequence or its physiologically acceptable salt is provided. The pharmaceutical composition comprises ephrin B2 or its pharmacologically acceptable salt, (i) a peptide composed of a specific amino acid sequence or its pharmacologically acceptable salt or (ii) a peptide composed of an amino acid sequence in which one or two amino acids are deleted, substituted, inserted or added in a specific sequence and enhancing the inhibitory activity of neovascularity of ephrin B2 or its pharmacologically acceptable salt. The therapy kit is obtained.
