<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for automatically fitting a clip for hanging a seat surface for hooking and holding the axis line of a hanging wire embedded in the interior of a seat pad with an approximate J shape hook part. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic fitting tool is equipped with: an approximate U shape clip holder 10 for fitting and filling the clip in an opening; a guide plate 11 for slide-movably supporting the clip holder 10; and an insertion arm 12 for providing a notch groove 12b for locking the axis line of the hanging wire W.
