PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which can be miniaturized and thinned, and in which change of its radio transmission characteristics is suppressed, electronic components are protected from static electricity, and increase of the number of electronic components mounted on a circuit board is suppressed. SOLUTION: This portable telephone (electronic apparatus) is equipped with a circuit board 4 on which electronic components 3 are mounted, a liquid crystal display panel 5, and a protective panel 6 to protect the surface of the liquid crystal display panel 5. An earth part 4b is provided on the circuit board 4, and a static electricity preventing paint film 10 is formed on the surface of the protective panel 6 by applying electrostatic electricity preventing paint which is not energized while discharging static electricity.
