PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system capable of acquiring equipment data of every equipment item while reducing load of a management device, even when protocols applied to the equipment items are different from each other in performing control and management of the plurality of equipment items. SOLUTION: An air conditioning monitoring system for independently controlling or managing a plurality of air conditioners comprises a PLC and a repeating installation. The PLC manages the equipment data relating to the air conditioners with a prescribed basic telecommunication protocol. The repeating installation has a collecting portion and a protocol converting portion. The collecting portion collects equipment data of the air conditioner on the basis of prescribed collecting conditions. A protocol changing portion transmits the equipment data to the PLC while converting the same with the basic telecommunication protocol only when the acquired equipment data relating to the air conditioner is kept with the other telecommunication protocol excluding the basic telecommunication protocol.
