摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonator where a frequency variable range can be enlarged. SOLUTION: The resonator includes transistors 2 to 6 in a (2n+1) step ((n) is integer of 1 or above) in which source electrodes and drain electrodes are connected in series, an inductor 1 connected between the source electrode or the drain electrode of the transistor 5 in the first step and the source electrode or the drain electrode of the transistor 6 in the (2n+1)-th step, first terminals channel l and channel 2 connected to the gate electrode of the transistor in a k-th step ((k) is integer satisfying 1≤k≤n) and the gate electrode of the transistor in a (2n+2-k)-th step, a second terminal 8 connected to the gate electrode of the transistor in an (n+1)-th step, and a frequency control terminal 7 connected to back gate electrodes of the transistors in the first step to the (2n+1)-th step.
