PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ionization analyzer not generating fragmentation, capable of ionizing a target selectively, analyzing also isomer molecules, and performing real-time analysis. SOLUTION: This ionization analyzer for ionizing and analyzing a sample selectively is equipped with an ionization part 20 and analysis detection parts 30, 40. The ionization part 20 has an ultraviolet/visible light source capable of irradiating ultraviolet/visible light generating slightly higher photon energy than ionization energy carried by a target, and thereby ionizes a prescribed target.
