PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-water separator which has a simple structure, is capable of efficiently separating oil from oil-containing drainage and can be easily arranged in the working place. SOLUTION: The oil-water separator is comprised of one set of a section having at least a first horizontal conduit fitted to a water receiving port at the end wall of the front part or the upper side of the peripheral wall, an oil discharge port which is placed at the rear part of the first horizontal conduit and a flexed conduit which communicates with the rear end part of the first horizontal and which is provided with a water feeding port at the upper part of the front part. The oil-water separator is characterized in that the position of the water receiving port of the first horizontal conduit is higher than that of the oil-discharge port, and in that the position of the oil-discharge port is the same height as the water feeding port of the flexed conduit or slightly higher.
