The base and cleaning sponge has a sponge (1), base powder (3) and abrasives combined with each other. Machined openings (2) are sealed and filled with the base powder. A pasted abrasive paper (5) or one-side coated abrasive fabric is sealed upwards on a polyvinylchloride (PVC) film (6), where the abrasive paper is made of corundum cloth. The base powder or other cleaning agents are integrated in the sponge.
