PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of securely measuring a plastic fluidization degree of mud in a chamber of a mud pressure shield in real time, capable of controlling proper plastic fluidization, and capable of realizing these measurement and control. SOLUTION: A proper value range of rotational torque according to soil is predetermined, and the rotational torque is measured by rotating a rotary body 19 in the chamber 6 for taking in the mud at shielding boring advancing time or stopping time. A proper value range of the rotational torque is compared with a measured value of the rotational torque to determine the plastic fluidization of the mud in the chamber 6. A top mud material injection quantity and a blending quantity are controlled according to this determination, and the mud is kept in the proper plastic fluidization. These measurement and control are performed by the device having the rotary body rotatably arranged in the chamber. |
