PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized cooler with good cooling capability. SOLUTION: The cooler 1 cools a plurality of electronic components 2 from both sides. The cooler 1 is disposed to hold the plurality of electronic components 2 arranged parallel and has a both-side cooling unit 4 consisting of a pair of flat cooling tubes 3 which make a cooling medium 6 to flow in the inside. A plurality of both-side cooling units 4 are arranged in the thickness direction of the cooling tube 3. A clearance 11 is formed between adjacent both-side cooling units 4.
