<p>The vehicle (1) has a driver assistance system (6) and a motor (2) to regulate speed of the vehicle. The system (6) controls the motor and/or a brake system (35) based on an estimated acceleration. An operating unit (7) communicates with the system (6), and a digital signal is produced during operation of the operating unit. The system (6) is formed depending on the signal that is transmitted by the operating unit, for changing the estimated acceleration and for controlling the motor and/or the brake system based on the changed estimated acceleration, during operation of the operating unit.</p> |
