<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs for maintenance and operation in a plant or the like by automatically collecting and registering information related to equipment alarms in the plant or the like while keeping up security. <P>SOLUTION: A machine tool 3 and its measuring device 4 are connected with an information temporary storage server 2 and releases machine state information. The information temporary storage server 2 is connected with a network 6 and stores operating information and machine internal information of the machine tool 3, and measured information of the measuring device 4 by attaching time tags to them. An image storage server 5 is connected with the network 6 and stores monitoring image of the machine tool 3 with attaching the photographed time tag. A gateway device 1 is connected with the network 6 and also connected with a data center 8 via an IP network 7. If the machine state information received satisfies the established condition, the device 1 obtains the information related to the time for satisfied condition from the information temporary storage server 2 and the image storage sever 5, and transmits them relating to the machine state information to the data center 8, while blocking an intrusion into the network 6 from the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
