An automatic signature attachment mail system and an automatic signature attachment method thereof are provided to automatically attach or insert signature forms selected by a predetermined signature attachment policy to e-mail that a user wants to send, and to send the e-mail, thereby increasing marketing effects through the signature forms. A mail writing server(100) provides plural e-mail writing forms. The first communication terminal(200) writes an Internet document by using a selected one of the e-mail writing forms, and outputs completely written e-mail. A signature form storage(300) stores the signature forms. An automatic signature attachment device(600) automatically calls one of the signature forms, generates e-mail automatically attached with signature by attaching or inserting the called form to the e-mail, and delivers the e-mail through predetermined TCP(Transmission Control Protocol) data transmission connection. The second communication terminal(700) inputs the e-mail attached with the signature.
