A self-propulsion type water leisure sports apparatus is provided to apply a hydrofoil apparatus self-propelled through forward movement prepared by a user's hands as well as a user's feet. A self-propulsion type water leisure sports apparatus includes a front foil(511) and a rear foil(521), an adjustment handle(530), a connection member(540), and a distance adjustment member(560). The front foil and the rear foil are disposed at front and rear parts of a foothold on which a user's feet are seated. The adjustment handle is connected to the front foil to adjust the front foil. The connection member connects the adjustment handle to the front foil. The distance adjustment member has one end installed at the connection member and the other end installed at the adjustment handle to adjust a distance between the front foil and the rear foil.
