A smoke capsule for oral administration is provided to treat disease of digestive organs including stomach, small intestine and large intestine through smoke therapy without side effects caused by oral administration of conventional drugs or without loss of drugs by vomiting. A smoke capsule(1, 5) for oral administration is manufactured by forming a thin encapsulation membrane(2) and a thick encapsulation membrane(6) within the capsule, and encapsulating smoke(3, 4) of mugwort, Atractylodes macrocephala KOIDZ or other medicinal herbs by the thin or thick encapsulation membrane. The smoke directly contacts with the wounded parts, when the smoke capsule is administered orally.
