A hot pressing and sintering apparatus is provided to improve mass production substantially and lower manufacturing cost through a press structure with multiple layers and axes, and secure competitiveness by expanding an application field of non-oxide ceramics with poor sinterability and manufacturing high performance sintered bodies. A hot pressing and sintering apparatus(100) comprises: a base frame(110) for supporting an entire load of the apparatus and enabling the apparatus to move easily; a control unit(160) which controls and operates an overall operation of the apparatus and displays a current operating state of the apparatus; a heating unit(120) which has a space such that the sintering mold which forms a body to be sintered is mounted in the space, and which supplies and controls heat required in sintering; a vacuum unit for creating a vacuum atmosphere and a gas atmosphere in the space of the heating unit in which the sintering mold is mounted; a sintering mold(150) which is disposed in the heating unit and constructed in a molding structure of multiple layers and axes having charging and molding spaces of the body to be sintered; and a pressing unit(140) constructed in a multi-axis structure to provide the sintering mold with a pressurization force for molding the body to be sintered and forming strength in the body to be sintered.
