A method and an apparatus for measuring height and stagger of an electric wire, and a recording medium thereof are provided to improve accuracy of height and stagger calculation by determining the central position of the electric wire on the basis of the sub-pixel unit. A method for measuring the height and stagger of an electric wire comprises a step of receiving at least one pixel data corresponding to an image of the electric wire, which is captured by at least one image sensor(S1004). The central position of the electric wire is determined on the basis of the sub-pixel unit(S1006). The height and stagger of the electric wire are calculated using the determined central position of the electric wire(S1008).
