A rear monitoring camera module and a camera system for ensuring a viewing angle are provided to ensure the same viewing angle as that when three or more cameras are installed to the system while reducing the size of the whole system by using a single camera, thereby reducing the dead zone of a rear camera and enabling a driver to check a range of a car rear through only a monitor wherein the range which is bigger than an angle of 200 degrees. A first lens array(310) is composed of an object lens(310a) for concentrating the image of in the rear of a car and plural relay lenses(310b) for transmitting an image signal. An optical part(320a,330a) is installed to ensure a viewing angle toward the left/right side of the object lens. A second lens array(320) and a third lens array(330) are composed of the optical part and the plural relay lenses for transmitting the image of the rear of the car. An image sensor(340) synthesizes images transmitted from the first, second and third lens arrays.
