A method for fabricating a dual panel type organic electro-luminescent device is provided to enhance yield by removing an erroneous board by forming an organic electro-luminescent diode and an array element on different boards respectively. A method for fabricating a dual panel type organic electro-luminescent device includes the steps of: forming a gate pad electrode and a data pad electrode; forming a data wiring crossing a gate wiring; forming a driving thin film transistor; forming a protection layer(145) with a drain contact hole(147), and a data pad contact hole; forming gate and data auxiliary pad electrodes; forming a photo resist pattern(188); forming a metal layer; forming a second connection electrode on an upper part of a first connection electrode; forming an organic electro-luminescent diode on a second board; and adhering a first board to a second board for the second connection electrode of the first board so as to be in contact with the organic electro-luminescent diode of the second board according to a pixel region respectively. |
