摘要 A sheath-core type dope-dyed polyester filament and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to show natural black color and suppress the abrasion of a guide due to exposure of titanium dioxide and carbon black during a spinning process and an advanced process, by making the polyester filament have a core portion with carbon black and a sheath portion without titanium dioxide and carbon black. A polyester filament comprises a core portion and a sheath portion. The core portion of the polyester filament is prepared by mixing super bright type polyethyleneterephthalate resin, where titanium dioxide and carbon black are not added, and a master bath, where 15-30 wt% of carbon black is added to the super bright type polyethyleneterephthalate resin, at a weight ratio of 80:20-95:5. The sheath portion of the polyester filament is prepared by using super bright type polyethyleneterephthalate resin, where titanium dioxide and carbon black are not added. The 1.4-2.8 wt.% of carbon black is contained in 100 wt.% of the core portion.
